To thrive as a Library Page, you need strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Familiarity with library cataloging systems and the Dewey Decimal Classification, along with basic computer skills, are typically required. Dependability, good communication, and a customer service mindset are valuable soft skills in this role. These abilities are crucial for maintaining orderly collections, supporting efficient library operations, and providing a positive experience for patrons.

What is a library page?

Library Pages are entry-level staff members who assist with the organization and maintenance of library materials. Their primary duties include shelving books, sorting materials, retrieving items for patrons, and keeping library collections orderly. Library Pages also help library staff with simple tasks and may answer basic questions from visitors. This position is ideal for those interested in gaining experience in a library setting and usually requires attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

What are some common challenges faced by library pages and how can they be managed effectively?

Library Pages often work in fast-paced environments where attention to detail is crucial, especially when shelving materials according to classification systems like Dewey Decimal or Library of Congress. Keeping up with a steady flow of returned items and ensuring shelves remain organized can be challenging, particularly during busy periods. Effective time management and clear communication with librarians and other staff members help in addressing these challenges. Pages can also benefit from familiarizing themselves with the library’s layout and regularly reviewing shelving guidelines to maintain accuracy and efficiency.

Head of Growth

Full-time Remote (US)

Own the top of funnel. Build the engine that puts Isomer in front of every claims leader who needs us.

Compensation: $170,000 – $210,000 base + $40,000 – $60,000 target variable, tied to pipeline and revenue milestones. Meaningful equity, full medical/dental/vision, 401(k), flexible PTO.

About Isomer

Isomer is the intelligence layer before the claims system. P&C insurance leaks $40–100B+ a year because the most consequential signals — time-limit demands, attorney rep letters, bad faith setups, compliance deadlines — arrive in inboxes and PDFs that no one has built infrastructure to read. We do.

We ingest every inbound communication, detect risk against a library of 85+ insurance-specific signals, and route findings or trigger workflows before anything slips through. Carriers and TPAs like MSIG, Kin, AGIA, and NTT DATA already trust us.

We are founder-led by two operators who have built and exited enterprise software before. The product is solid. Logos are landing. Now we need someone to own how the next hundred customers find us.

  • Location: Remote (US) — strong preference for Chicago or Nashville

  • Reports to: CEO (Sean Chou)

  • Stage: Seed-funded Backed by Equal Ventures & Emergence Capital

  • Team: Founding GTM hire — first growth/marketing leader at Isomer

The Role

This is a founding pipeline role for someone who can build Isomer's top-of-funnel engine from zero. You will own how we identify, reach, educate, and convert the next wave of claims leaders: named-account strategy, outbound, conferences, content, PR, contractor management, and pipeline reporting. This is a player-coach role. You will manage outside resources, but you will also write copy, build lists, book meetings, pick up the phone, and personally test the motions that future hires will scale.

You will not be handed a playbook. You will write it, run it, and iterate on it. If you need a manager to tell you what to do this quarter, this is not the seat for you. If the idea of building the growth function at a seed-stage AI company aimed at a $40B+ problem is the kind of thing that gets you out of bed, keep reading.

Player-Coach

This is not a role for someone who only manages agencies, reviews dashboards, or delegates execution. In the early days, you will personally source accounts, call prospects, write copy, coordinate events, manage contractors, and create the operating rhythm. Over time, you will turn that motion into a team.

What You’ll Own

  • Top-of-funnel strategy Set and run the long-term plan for how Isomer fills its pipeline — by segment, by channel, by quarter.

  • Account-based growth Build and maintain target account lists by segment, prioritize named accounts, design account-specific outreach, and coordinate founder-led selling motions into carriers, TPAs, and self-insured enterprises.

  • Outbound and cold calling Pick up the phone. Run targeted outbound into named accounts. Build the playbook the next BDR will inherit.

  • Marketing leadership Manage outside contractors and agencies across brand, demand gen, design, paid, SEO, and lifecycle. Hire and fire vendors. Hold them to measurable outcomes.

  • Conferences and field marketing Own the event calendar end to end — insurance industry conferences, executive dinners, customer roundtables. Decide where we show up, why, and what we bring back.

  • Press and PR Set the publication cadence for press releases, funding announcements, customer wins, and product milestones. Manage agency or freelance PR support.

  • LinkedIn and social Own the Isomer company page and content cadence. Coordinate with the founders on their executive presence.

  • Content and media Brief and coordinate with digital content creators, podcasters, and freelance writers. Turn the founders' expertise and our signal library into a steady drumbeat of content claims executives actually want to read.

  • Funnel operations Maintain source attribution, campaign tracking, CRM hygiene, lead routing, weekly reporting, and the operating cadence around pipeline creation.

  • Pipeline accountability You own the number. SQLs, opportunities, and pipeline contribution into named accounts roll up to you.

What Success Looks Like
First 30 days

  • Deep on the product, the signal library, the 85+ detectors, and the buyer.

  • Sat in on customer calls. Know the ICP cold.

  • Audit of current marketing spend, contractors, events, and content. Recommendations on what to keep, kill, or replace.

First 90 days

  • Q1 marketing plan live with a budget, a contractor roster, and weekly pipeline targets.

  • A working outbound motion — lists, scripts, sequencing, the dial cadence — with you on the phone.

  • Event calendar locked through the next two quarters with clear ROI hypotheses per event.

  • Publication cadence running across press, LinkedIn, and long‑form.

First 6–12 months

  • A repeatable, attributable pipeline engine that funds the next round.

  • Isomer is the name claims leaders mention first when the topic of risk signals comes up.

  • Plan in hand for the first BDR / marketing hires that report into you.

Who You Are

  • You have built or led top-of-funnel growth at an early-stage B2B company — ideally enterprise SaaS, AI, fintech, or insurtech.

  • You are a self-starter. You operate with little guidance, write your own brief, and ship.

  • You think on an executive level. You can stand in front of C-Level executives at a Top‑25 carrier and hold the room.

  • You are not afraid of outbound. Picking up the phone, writing sharp emails, and creating conversations with cold accounts feels like part of the craft, not beneath you.

  • You are equally comfortable managing a roster of contractors and freelancers as you are doing the work yourself when it needs doing.

  • You are goal‑motivated. Pipeline targets, conversion rates, CAC, and CAC payback are the language you think in.

  • You write well. You can turn a technical product story into a sentence a busy executive will read.

  • You must be able to travel regularly for industry conferences, executive dinners, and customer events.

  • Bonus: experience selling into insurance carriers, TPAs, or regulated enterprise buyers.

Compensation & Benefits

We are open to calibrating for the right candidate. As a starting point, expect:

  • Base salary: $170,000 – $210,000

  • Target variable: $40,000 – $60,000, tied to pipeline and revenue milestones

  • Equity: Meaningful stock options

  • Healthcare: Full medical, dental, and vision

  • 401(k): Available

  • Time off: Flexible PTO

  • Setup: Remote‑first; quarterly travel to be in‑person with the team

Isomer is an equal opportunity employer. We hire on evidence, judgment, and grit — not credentials.
