About the Opportunity Help Selco be a leader in the industry by acting as the Production Supervisor who manages a staff of approximately 20 associates, maintains a safe and efficient work environment, facilitates continuous improvement in the produciton area and strives to fulfill the vision of our long term strategic framework. Qualifications: Capable of producing detailed, comprehensive documentation. 5+ year's previous supervisory experience in assembly and fabrication environment.

Can maintain a library of resource materials Possesses basic understanding and knowledge of machine shop equipment and operations. Has experience with equipment maintenance programs to minimize downtime of critical machines. Experience relaying sensitive information to appropriate parties.

Keeps clients, superiors, peers, and direct reports updated based on their information needs. Designs the organization for optimal customer service. Promotes excellence by providing superior service to each customer.

Supervises subordinates to continuously improve, cross train between skills and maintain the corporate vision. Experience with Continuous Flow Manufacturing. Expert at coming up with solutions for manufacturing issues Has a superior organizational skill.
