BluePearl Pet Hospital in Langhorne, PA is seeking a full-time Veterinary Emergency Service Head (ERSH) who will work alongside our ER Clinicians, Specialists, and Leadership Team to ensure the highest quality medicine and services for pets and our community.
The ER Service Head will earn additional compensation through the annual ER Service Head stipend.

  • 2+ years of clinical experience required.
  • Must possess valid applicable DVM licensure.

  • Prior shift lead experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership ability with excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated stress tolerance and attention to detail.
  • Strong ability to mentor and train less experienced Clinicians and Interns.
