COMMUNICATIONS ASSISTANT

Perdue Brandon Fielder Collins & Mott LLP, Attorneys at Law, is looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team as a Communications Assistant. The position will office in our Austin location.

We are seeking a creative, organized and motivated Communications Assistant to support our Communication Department. In this role, you will support internal and external communication efforts, assist with marketing materials and provide administrative support to the communication team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in communication, public relations or marketing. The ideal candidate is a strong writer, creative, tech-savvy and capable of managing multiple projects under deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with drafting and editing internal and external communications
  • Support content creation for marketing materials and campaigns
  • Help coordinate brand communications
  • Proofread and edit team materials for grammar and brand alignment
  • Assist with the creation of basic graphics, flyers and promotional assets

  • Design/Web: Creativity and basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite and WordPress.
