Job Role

Role: Fullstack Dot Net Developer

Location: Mississauga, Ontario

Duration: Fulltime 

Summary:

  • The successful candidates will be responsible for developing and supporting solutions developed using .NET Core C#, JavaScript libraries Angular, Node.js and related technologies. Experience with SQL Server is preferred.
  • This role will be focused on development and support of modules for Financial Calculation Engine, so basic financial knowledge is a big plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design & develop solutions using .NET, Angular, Node.js, SQL Server and related technologies.
  • Produce well commented high quality code. Technical & Release documents.
  • Interaction with team lead and/or BA to understand the business requirements.
  • Provide technical walk-throughs to various stake holders (QA Team, UAT Team, etc.)
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders and work through data related inquiries and issues.
  • Be able to work independently as well as within a team

Development Value:

  • Candidate will get an opportunity to work directly with global technology teams.
  • Candidate will get an opportunity to work with various technology stacks within the Global Banking space.

Knowledge/Experience:

  • Experience in Analysis, Design, Development, Testing and Implementation (all phases of software development life cycle - SDLC)
  • Very strong working experience with .NET Core and Javascript libraries
  • Knowledge and experience using Ci/CD tools.
  • Some understanding of financial industry is an asset.
  • Excellent functional, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills

Skills:

  • 6 + years of working experience in developing using Microsoft .NET , open-source Javascript libraries: Angular, Node.js
  • SQL Server fundamentals
  • Knowledge of CI/CD processes

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $70000 - $85000

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
