This position is located within Fleet and Family Readiness Program, Mid-Atlantic Fleet and Family Support Program for Naval Training Center, Great Lakes at Great Lakes, Illinois.Qualifications:Resumes must include information which demonstrates experience and knowledge, skills, and ability (KSAs) as they relate to this position. Applicants are encouraged to be clear and specific when describing their experience level and KSAs.A qualified candidate must possess:
  • - Knowledge of basic service operations for libraries.
  • - Knowledge of Navy MWR Library's mission.
  • - Knowledge of other MWR programs and their purpose.
  • - Knowledge of front desk library operations that include library circulations.
  • - Knowledge of technology devices and software applications.
  • - Skill in providing excellent customer service.
  • - Skill in the use of technology devices and software applications to include Microsoft Officeapplications.
