IT Librarian responsibilities:

  • Not expecting candidate to have had much previous experience.
  • Prefer to have Admin / clerical type previous experience.
  • Provides a controlled electronic library for the lifecycle management of IT records, general Training Administrative Support and carton records management.
  • The management of electronic documentation includes storage in two electronic document repositories.

Librarian provides the following services for the electronic libraries: 

  • New account requests, permission updates, creation and modification of folders, import documents, provide previous version of files, create PDFs, submit training requests, complete retirement requests and manage document destruction.
  • Carton management includes entering carton transfer forms, and retrieving cartons for customers.
