Job Summary:
Veracity Software Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Sr. UI/UX Architect to define and lead the next generation of their enterprise digital experience. This strategic role involves governance, architecture, and scalability of front-end standards across the organization, ensuring adherence to performance and accessibility standards while mentoring development teams.
Responsibilities:
• Define, document, and own the enterprise UI architecture and design patterns; establish governance practices to prevent design divergence and ensure long-term scalability.
• Lead the evolution of the Client UI design system, meticulously managing component behaviors, variants, states, and theming.
• Establish core architectural patterns, including application structure, modular routing strategies, and the creation of shared UI libraries.
• Partner with UX Designers to translate Figma mocks into reusable, scalable, and production-ready UI components.
• Drive a 'Mobile-First' and responsive design philosophy, ensuring seamless behavior across all device breakpoints and screen sizes.
• Architect layouts using Tailwind CSS integrated with PrimeNG, defining standards for spacing, typography, and utility-first styling.
• Ensure 100% compliance with WCAG accessibility standards and maintain high performance and usability benchmarks across all applications.
• Provide high-level UI guidance to engineering teams, conducting code reviews to ensure alignment with architectural standards.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Deep, hands-on experience with Angular (current versions) and a proven track record of architecting enterprise-scale, component-based UIs.
• Expert-level proficiency in Tailwind CSS and its integration with UI component libraries like PrimeNG or similar (Material, Kendo).
• Previous experience defining and maintaining shared UI libraries or enterprise design systems is essential.
• Advanced knowledge of TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS/SCSS, with a focus on writing clean, maintainable, and semantic code.
• Solid understanding of WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) and the technical implementation of accessible ARIA patterns.
• Mastery of responsive, mobile-first design patterns and cross-browser/cross-device compatibility.
• Strong decision-making skills regarding front-end structure, state management, and performance optimization.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence both technical developers and creative designers.
