JOB SUMMARYAs a Marketing Senior Associate, you will support the operational strength of our marketing function. This role is designed to enhance the efficiency of our demand generation team by managing high-volume, lower-complexity marketing requests and ensuring timely, consistent delivery of core brand assets. You will be tasked with creating an intake system to help manage, track and report on various types of requests.
Serving as a central resource across the marketing team, this individual will coordinate and fulfill requests such as logo distribution, delivery of predesigned advertising materials, standard Statements of Qualifications (SOQs), and other repeatable marketing deliverables.
This role requires a well-rounded marketing foundation, strong project management skills, and a collaborative mindset. In addition to request management, the Senior Associate will contribute to light creative and content support, assist with promotional item sourcing, and help manage UHY's corporate store. This is an execution-focused role with meaningful responsibility and visibility across practices.JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for high-volume marketing support requests across the firm.

  • Fulfill requests for logos, branded collateral, predesigned ads, and other standardized materials.

  • Maintain consistent application of UHY brand standards across all distributed assets.

  • Triage and prioritize incoming requests in coordination with the Senior Director, Marketing Strategy.

  • Assemble and deliver generic or lightly customized SOQs efficiently and accurately.

  • Assist with minor design edits, content updates, and marketing collateral revisions.

  • Provide support for campaign execution during peak demand periods.

  • Assist with sourcing, ordering, and distribution of branded promotional materials.

  • Help streamline intake workflows and improve response times.

  • Maintain organized asset libraries and template repositories.

  • Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency within the demand center.

  • Support management of UHY's corporate store, including inventory coordination and vendor communication.

  • Help ensure quality, brand consistency, and cost efficiency across promotional items.
