All manner of civil defense litigation under three core departments - Casualty, Health Care and Professional Liability.

Job Duties May Include:

• Managing and organizing electronic and physical case files

• Generating status reports, logs, and case indexes
• Corresponding with clients and opposing law firms
• Conducting legal and medical research, including review of expert materials
• Communicating with experts and analyzing their qualifications, prior testimony, transcripts, and publications
