Salary Range:Â $162,305Â per yearÂ
Employment Terms: Full-Time, 12-Month administrative position (one year term). Other terms are set by the Board of Education in accordance with the New London Administrators' Education Association contract.Â
Position Overview This is a One-Year Only administrative appointment for the middle school program situated within our multi-magnet secondary school campus. The Middle School Assistant Principal serves as a vital member of the secondary campus administrative leadership team, providing the strategic oversight and operational management necessary to maintain a high-achieving and innovative learning environment.

Minimum Requirements
- Must hold a valid Connecticut State Department of Education (CSDE) educator certificate with an endorsement in one or more of the following endorsement areas: 092
- A minimum of five (5) years of successful classroom teaching experience.
- Demonstrated experience in teaching or leading at the secondary school level.
