Part-Time | Home Health Aide - Assisted Living & Memory Care

Schedule: 7:00am-3:30pm | Includes every other weekend and every other holiday.

Available Shifts:

-48 hours in a two-week pay period

-56 hours in a two-week pay period

-64 hours in a two-week pay period

Pay Range: $19.10 - $25.91 per hour (based on experience) | Same Day Pay Available

Make a meaningful difference every day as a Home Health Aide at Saint Therese. In this rewarding role, you'll provide hands-on care, compassionate support, and meaningful companionship to residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. Working alongside a dedicated care team, you'll help residents maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life while building relationships that truly matter. -Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility, and transfers)

-Administer medications per training and policy

-Complete accurate, timely documentation in the electronic charting system

-Observe and report physical or behavioral changes to nursing staff

-Provide companionship and support with daily engagement activities

-Collaborate with nurses and care team members to support resident care plans

Minimum Qualifications

-6+ months of caregiving experience in senior care facility setting.

-Ability to work independently while exercising sound judgment within scope of practice

-Strong reliability and dependability with consistent attendance and accountability

-Effective verbal and written communication skills

-Ability to document care accurately and timely in required systems

-Strong teamwork mindset with the ability to collaborate with nurses and care team members

-Ability to follow care plans, supervisor direction, and established policies and procedures

-Ability to safely lift, move, and transfer residents in accordance with training and safety guidelines

-Must be at least 18 years old

Preferred Qualifications

-HHA or CNA certification in the State of Minnesota
