Newton Public Library is seeking an experienced and visionary Executive Director to lead and advance the library's mission of serving the community through exceptional programs, services, and resources. Reporting to the Board of Trustees, the Executive Director oversees strategic planning, financial management, community relations, fundraising support, facilities, policy development, and staff leadership. This full-time, exempt position offers a starting salary of $72,000+ based on experience. Qualified candidates must hold a Master of Library Science (MLS) degree and have 3-5 years of library experience, including supervisory experience.
