Clinical Liaison (LPN or RN Preferred)

Join Mountain View Health & Rehabilitation as a Clinical Liaison and help patients transition from the hospital to post-acute care while building strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, and referral partners throughout the Carson City area.

Responsibilities
  • Build relationships with hospitals, case managers, physicians, and referral partners

Qualifications
  • Nevada LPN or RN license preferred
