We're seeking a Client Service Associate to support our Property & Casualty team in delivering accurate, timely, and high-quality service to clients.This role works closely with Account Managers and plays a key part in day-to-day account servicing, documentation, and operational support.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Service Support
  • Assist Account Managers with client files, certificates, ID cards, and service materials
  • Respond to internal and client requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Support daily servicing needs to maintain strong client relationships

Operational Support
  • Maintain accurate documentation within internal systems
  • Process Motor Vehicle Reports (MVRs) and pre-employment screening requests
  • Assist with claims tracking and related reporting

Team & Office Support
  • Provide backup support for phones and front desk when needed
  • Participate in training and team development sessions

QUALIFICATIONS
Required
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Reliable, accountable, and team-oriented

Preferred
  • Experience in customer service, administrative, or insurance-related roles
  • Familiarity with systems such as AMS360

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Compensation:
Salary range: $43,000 - $55,000 per year, based on experience.
