Join us as a Revenue Cycle Analyst and become a pivotal part of our dynamic Order to Cash (OTC) team, including Cash Applications, Collections, Credit & Deductions. At Hubbell, you'll work alongside our esteemed One Hubbell Finance (OHF) leadership, IT experts, Business Unit Leaders, and third-party outsourcing partners. Your role will be crucial in integrating new acquisitions and spearheading SAP system implementation projects across the board.

A Day In The Life
  • Lead and Innovate: Manage the seamless integration of new business units, ensuring they transition smoothly onto our SAP platform.
  • Analyze and Strategize: Conduct thorough analyses of current systems and processes, comparing them against our standard OTC processes to identify enhancements.
  • Bridge and Build: Act as a vital liaison among stakeholders to define, analyze, and validate business process changes, ensuring alignment and consensus.
  • Solution-Oriented: Craft solutions that bridge gaps between standard processes and unique business unit needs while maintaining strict compliance with Hubbell's SOX and audit requirements.
  • Test and Teach: Define testing criteria, oversee user testing, and lead training initiatives to ensure everyone is up to speed with new procedures and tools.
  • Drive Change: Lead cross-functional projects aimed at refining our OTC processes, enhancing efficiency, and supporting daily activities.
