Job description

Job Overview
Join our team and play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting efficient warehouse operations. As a Cycle Counter, you'll conduct inventory audits, investigate discrepancies, and help drive process improvements that keep products moving and customers satisfied. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys problem-solving and making a tangible impact every day. This is an onsite position in Olive Branch, MS; expected hours are Monday-Friday, 7 am - 3:30 pm. #LI-AO1
A Day In The Life
Every day at Hubbell is different and you'll contribute in many ways. On any given day, you'll make a difference by:
  • Performing various warehouse inventory counting and porting operations with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Counting numerous items daily to validate inventory accuracy and system integrity.
  • Governing the cycle count process by adhering to Logistics Distribution Warehouse Cycle Count Program Procedures and corporate policy.
  • Researching inventory discrepancies.
  • Preparing various reports related to the cycle counting process.
  • Performing audits and writing receipts of inventory.
  • Tracking and reporting on uncommon products.
  • Developing solutions for inventory issues.

What will help you thrive in this role?
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Understanding basic inventory control procedures
  • Knowledge of JDE Iventory
  • Microsoft Excel experience preferred
  • Ability to use a warehouse forklift (required)
  • Basic math and analytical skills (required)
  • Ability to lift and move materials/boxes weighing 25-50 lbs.
