Job description

Community Outreach Hospice Liaison - Making every moment matter

This is a full-time M-F 8:30am-5:00pm position with occasional evening/weekends as needed.  This is a driving position with the coverage area of Huber Heights and Troy Ohio

Job Summary: 

The Community Outreach Hospice Liaison has an essential role to the organization’s continued strategic growth. This is an outside sales position responsible for creating and sustaining relationships with professional and community referral sources. Ohio’s Hospice has a four-cornerstone approach to business development that will help guide the Community Outreach Liaison to success. Our four-cornerstone approach balances Territory Management, Industry Knowledge, Internal Collaboration and Selling Skills. Community Outreach Liaison Qualifications:

  • Must have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in healthcare or business development
  • Previous Hospice experience required
  • Preferred two years in a sales/marketing role within the healthcare industry with a proven record of accomplishments in direct sales and marketing.
  • Computer skills sufficient to properly document services and communicate effectively, CRM experience preferred.
  • Ability to drive during daytime, nighttime, or inclement weather.
  • Valid Driver's License with Safe Driving Record
  • State Minimum Automobile Insurance Coverage
