Position Overview

As a Loan Processor , you will play a critical role in ensuring that loans progress smoothly from application to closing while adhering to all lending guidelines and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with loan originators, borrowers, underwriters, and third-party partners to ensure loan files are complete, accurate, and processed efficiently.

Loan Application Accuracy

  • Ensure loan applications are complete, accurate, and contain all required documentation

  • Review loan files and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness

Compliance & Quality Control

  • Verify that loan applications meet regulatory requirements and lender guidelines

  • Identify discrepancies or missing documentation before submission to underwriting

Documentation Management

  • Organize and maintain detailed records of loan files and borrower documentation

  • Ensure loan documentation is properly executed and stored for compliance

Communication & Coordination

  • Maintain consistent communication with loan officers, borrowers, underwriters, and vendors

  • Provide updates to borrowers throughout the loan process

  • Coordinate with appraisers, title companies, and closing agents

Conditions & Closing

  • Work with borrowers and underwriters to clear loan conditions efficiently

  • Assist with coordinating timely loan closings

Customer Experience

  • Deliver excellent customer service to borrowers throughout the loan process
