Service Advisor

Location: Lexus of Westport Fairfield, CT | Full-Time

Lexus of Westport is seeking an experienced, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our luxury service team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building lasting customer relationships, and are passionate about delivering an exceptional ownership experience, we'd love to meet you.

As a Service Advisor, you'll serve as the primary point of contact between our customers and service department, ensuring every visit is professional, transparent, and exceeds expectations.

What You'll Do

  • Greet customers promptly and provide an outstanding service experience
  • Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair requests
  • Recommend maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer guidelines
  • Prepare estimates and explain recommended repairs clearly
  • Communicate with technicians throughout the repair process
  • Keep customers informed with timely updates on vehicle status
  • Review completed repairs, invoices, and maintenance recommendations upon delivery
  • Maintain accurate records using dealership management systems
  • Help achieve department CSI, productivity, and sales goals

Qualifications

  • Previous automotive Service Advisor experience preferred
