Director of Product Management – Portals and AI ExperienceAbout the Business

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is the essential partner in the assessment of risk. Within our Business Services vertical, we offer a multitude of solutions focused on helping businesses of all sizes drive higher revenue growth, maximize operational efficiencies, and improve customer experience. Our solutions help our customers solve difficult problems in the areas of Anti-Money Laundering/Counter Terrorist Financing, Identity Authentication & Verification, Fraud and Credit Risk mitigation and Customer Data Management. You can learn more about LexisNexis Risk at https://risk.lexisnexis.com/

About the Role

LexisNexis Risk Solutions delivers data, analytics, and technology that help customers make informed decisions and improve outcomes across a range of risk-related workflows. We are seeking a Director of Product Management to lead the evolution of our digital experience platform. This leader will shape how customers interact with our solutions, driving innovation in user experience, workflow efficiency, and intelligent automation. This role is ideal for a product leader who thrives at the intersection of enterprise software and consumer-grade experience design. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across design, engineering, and data science to deliver differentiated, high-impact solutions that enhance customer productivity and satisfaction.

Candidate can be remote in the continental US or hybrid from one of our US offices.

Responsibilities
  • Define Product Vision and Strategy. Develop and communicate a multi-year vision for our digital experience platform. Drive initiatives that simplify how customers access insights, complete workflows, and achieve outcomes. Identify opportunities to modernize user interactions and improve end-to-end experiences, with an AI-forward philosophy for both assisting users and leveraging agentic workflows.
  • Lead Product Discovery. Establish continuous customer discovery as a core operating model. Spend significant time with investigators, fraud analysts, collections professionals, compliance teams, and other users to uncover unmet needs and opportunities. Build a deep understanding of customer jobs-to-be-done, workflows, pain points, and desired outcomes. Work closely with our User Experience and UI Design teams to validate opportunities through rapid experimentation, prototyping, and iterative learning.
  • Deliver Innovation with AI and Automation. Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation to enhance user productivity and efficiency. Partner with technical teams to bring new capabilities from concept to production. Ensure solutions meet requirements related to security, compliance, and trust.
  • Deliver Exceptional User Experiences. Champion world-class user experience design and interaction design. Bring consumer-grade usability, simplicity, and delight to complex investigative workflows. Raise the organization's standards for design quality, product craftsmanship, and customer-centricity. Ensure products are intuitive, beautiful, and outcome focused.
  • Lead Through Product Operating Principles. Promote outcome-oriented product management and evidence-based decision-making. Empower cross-functional teams to solve customer problems. Foster a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement with focus on understanding customers and their problems.
What We’re Looking For
  • 10+ years of product management experience, including leadership of product managers and cross‑functional teams.
  • Experience leading significant digital product transformations.
  • Demonstrated track record of shipping beautiful, highly usable products — you care deeply about aesthetics, interaction design, and reducing friction.
  • Demonstrated success introducing AI‑powered products, workflows, copilots, or intelligent automation capabilities.
  • Deep expertise in product discovery, customer research, experimentation, and product strategy.
  • Experience defining and measuring customer outcomes rather than feature delivery.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in consumer technology, digital platforms, marketplaces, fintech, productivity software, or other organizations known for exceptional user experiences.
  • B2C background highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with fraud prevention, financial crime, compliance, collections, investigative workflows, or adjacent domains.
  • Experience applying modern product operating principles inspired by leading product organizations.
  • Experience working with generative AI, large language models, agentic systems, and conversational interfaces.
  • Background partnering closely with UX research and product design organizations.
