The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, guiding attendees, and ensuring the smooth flow of event operations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of the Lexington Legends and contribute to creating legendary experiences for our guests.

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements

- Provide directions and information about the event or venue

- Monitor event areas to ensure safety and security

- Assist with crowd control and manage guest flow

- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

- Support event staff with setup and cleanup as needed

- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times


Skills and Qualifications:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude

- Ability to remain calm and professional in busy environments

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks

- Previous experience in customer service or event support is a plus
