Job Summary:

The IT Manager will oversee venue technology systems, ensuring reliability and alignment with business objectives while supporting operational technology initiatives.
Responsibilities:
• Manage venue technology infrastructure and support systems
• Monitor network performance and system availability
• Coordinate hardware and software deployments
• Maintain cybersecurity controls and compliance standards
• Troubleshoot escalated technical issues
• Administer user accounts, permissions, and access controls
• Partner with vendors on maintenance and support agreements
• Develop and maintain technology documentation and procedures
• Support event technology requirements and operational needs
• Manage technology budgets and asset inventories
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 3+ years of experience managing enterprise technology environments
