Job Summary

Bring great food to life while helping the culinary team deliver every service with consistency and care. As a Cook Supervisor, you will oversee daily food preparation, will support execution of approved menus and recipes, will coordinate culinary team assignments, and will help ensure food quality, safety, sanitation, and product-handling standards are maintained throughout service.

Qualifications
  • Previous professional food preparation or commercial kitchen experience
  • Previous culinary supervisory or lead experience
  • Working knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Ability to prepare and evaluate food according to recipes and established standards
  • Food-handler or applicable food-safety certification as required by local regulations
Key Responsibilities
  • Supervises culinary team members during preparation and service.
  • Executes menus and recipes according to established standards.
  • Monitors food quality, presentation, portioning, and production.
  • Maintains proper product control and food-handling procedures.
  • Ensures safety and sanitation standards are followed.
  • Coordinates daily culinary assignments and production priorities.
  • Checks inventory and communicates product needs to culinary leadership.
  • Maintains organized and sanitary culinary work areas.
  • Supports event and service preparation based on anticipated business levels.
