General Summary
Tech Team Interns assist the Technical Solutions department with an array of customer service tasks that offer valuable on the job training and experience. Interns help with resolving customer issues regarding voice, internet and video issues, and computer repairs.
Essential Job Functions
  • Provide customer service by understanding telephone, internet and video services offered to successfully help with any customer issues.
  • Performs a wide variety of trouble shooting tests including telephone, internet and video issues.
  • Provides exceptional customer service to internal and external customers. Interacts in a professional, courteous manner with customers, prospective customers, visitors and vendors. Works positively and cooperatively with co-workers.
  • Performs all other related duties as assigned by management. *

*These tasks do not meet the Americans with Disabilities Act definition of essential job functions and are usually less than 5% of time spent. However, these tasks still constitute important performance aspects of the job.
Education and Experience
Current enrollment in an accredited high school, college, or university. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and wireless technology components. Interest in pursuing a technology career preferred but not required.
