Each level corresponds to a certain role, responsibility, and pay grade, starting from entry-level positions (like Level 1 for warehouse associates) up to senior leadership roles (such as Level 10 and above for executives). Understanding these levels helps employees and candidates know the career progression, salary expectations, and qualifications required for various positions at Amazon. The most common levels for corporate roles are Levels 4 through 7, with each higher level representing increased responsibility and compensation.
