  • Ensure all work complies with National Electrical Code (NEC), Colorado state and local electrical regulations, OSHA safety standards, ADA requirements, and property-specific gaming/hospitality codes.
  • Collaborate with the Facilities team on capital improvement projects, renovations, and vendor coordination.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and inventory; support budgeting and cost-control efforts for electrical projects.
  • Respond to emergency calls and participate in on-call rotation as needed.
  • Promote a culture of safety, including lockout/tagout procedures, proper PPE usage, and hazard identification.

Requirements
  • Valid Colorado Journeyman or Master Electrician License (or ability to obtain reciprocity/endorsement).
  • Minimum 4+ years of journeyman-level electrical experience, preferably in commercial, hospitality, casino, or industrial facilities maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems, including 120/208V and 277/480V three-phase power, lighting controls, motors, VFDs, and low-voltage systems.
  • Proven experience with lighting retrofits, energy-efficient upgrades, and troubleshooting complex lighting and power distribution issues.
  • Familiarity with casino/hotel systems (e.g., generators, fire/life safety, HVAC electrical interfaces) is a plus.
  • Ability to read blueprints, use electrical testing equipment (multimeters, meggers, etc.), and work from ladders, lifts, and confined spaces.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Must be at least 21 years old and able to obtain a Colorado Gaming License (if required).
