Job description

We are looking for a talented Production Support Associate - Level IV to join our team specializing in Manufacturing at our facility in Mineral Point, WI, US.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for supporting Operations, Manufacturing Engineering and Quality
  • 3D modeling in Solidworks and Autocad drawing
  • Responsible for troubleshooting production issues
  • Troubleshooting of tooling and fixture issues, both mechanical and electronic
  • Testing and validation of new fixture and tooling designs and modifications
  • Provide technical support and assistance to achieve maximum operation efficiency and effectiveness
  • Provide technical training and guidance for operators and other team members
  • Complete manufacturing readiness scorecards
  • Develop presentations for M-reviews
  • Attend program core team meetings, and design reviews and provide manufacturing feedback
  • Perform other duties as directed by the Manager
