Job description

You will be the Manufacturing Associate Manager - Level 4 for the F16 Build Team which is responsible for leading and inspiring a skilled team in the completion of F16V Block70 Mate fuselage structures.


What You Will Be Doing


As the Manufacturing Associate Manager - Level 4 you will be responsible for driving safety, quality, cost, and schedule performance while cultivating a culture of excellence and accountability.


Your responsibilities will include:



  • Lead all aspects of the business - safety, quality, schedule, cost, resources, logistics, equipment, and process - to ensure ontime, FODfree production.

  • Coach and develop supervisors and team members, fostering continuous improvement and a highperforming workforce.

  • Manage financial control plans, schedules, and EVMS metrics to meet baseline and budget targets.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships with the DCMA customer, FACO team, and Program Office.

  • Identify and mitigate manufacturing risks, resolve complex technical issues, and implement corrective action plans quickly.
