Job description

You will be the F16 Build Team Associate Manager - Level 4 for the HeavyStructures Production team which is responsible for delivering structural components on the F16 production line.


What You Will Be Doing


As the F16 Build Team Associate Manager - Level 4 you will be responsible for overseeing the HeavyStructures workbreakdownstructure, ensuring schedule, quality, cost, and safety targets are met while developing the next tier of supervisors.


Your responsibilities will include:



  • Lead the HeavyStructures crew in producing fuselage frames, bulkheads, and associated hardware to schedule and quality standards.

  • Mentor highpotential technicians and leadhands, building their supervisory skills and creating a strong succession pipeline.

  • Manage cost, schedule, and safety performance metrics, driving continuous improvement in production processes.

  • Coordinate with the Production Manager and crossfunctional teams to resolve issues and align on program objectives.

  • Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements throughout the workbreakdownstructure.
