Full-Time
$225,000 – $365,000 annually

A leading global law firm is seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Associate to join its Environmental Practice in Washington, D.C. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated environmental regulatory and litigation matters involving federal environmental programs and emerging regulatory issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on environmental regulatory compliance and related federal programs
  • Support matters involving chemicals, pesticides, consumer products, and emerging contaminants
  • Conduct legal research and draft motions, memoranda, and regulatory filings
  • Assist with environmental litigation matters, including discovery management and motion practice
  • Collaborate with attorneys across complex environmental and administrative law matters
Qualifications
  • 1–5 years of environmental regulatory and/or litigation experience
  • Knowledge of federal environmental programs and regulatory frameworks
