What will I be doing?

  • Responsible for the daily Bell/Valet operations to ensure guest satisfaction. Ensure all luggage, letter, courier, and message movements are tracked and accounted for. Monitors property in the front entrance and guest arrivals.
  • Greet and assist every guest with a sense hospitality crafting an unusually memorable arrival and departure experience.
  • Quickly answers Valet phone to arrange and confirm parking valet requests from guests and makes appropriate arrangements for bell desk services. 
  • Operates vehicles using safe driving practices to ensure the safe delivery of vehicles to and from the parking garage. Follows established procedures for car control, including but not limited to maintaining neat, accurate logs of keys and completing required valet parking log sheets and reports. 
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with associates, customers, and patrons. Empower staff and maintain a cohesive team-self-starting personality with an even disposition.

What are we looking for?

  • A team-first demeanor
  • Current and valid State Driver's License
  • 6 months of Customer service experience
  • Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
  • Self-starting personality with an even disposition
  • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 75 pounds. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period or an entire work shift. Move at a speed that is required to respond to work situations (e.g., run, walk, jog), with or without reasonable accommodations
