Position Details
  • Remote, part-time W2 position

  • Flexible scheduling within our hours:
    • MonFri: 6:15am8:00pm (MT)
    • Sat & Sun: 8:00am6:30pm (MT)

  • Must be available 34 days per week, minimum 16 hours/week

  • Maximum: 56 hours per day; up to 32 hours/week available

Job Responsibilities
  • Deliver coaching in cognitive skills, academics, study habits, and emotional regulation
  • Follow and adapt our structured curriculum to individual client needs
  • Build rapport and motivate students toward long-term success
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards
Qualifications (All Must Be Met)
  • Bachelors degree required (Education, Psychology, OT, or related field)
  • Must live in the United States

  • Experience with children and/or adult learners of all abilities
  • Available a minimum of three days per week - daytime, after-school, or weekend hours

  • Must be able to pass a background check

  • Must be physically able to lift 25 lbs
  • Must have a professional, distraction-free home office

    • No background noise, pets, or household interruptions
    • Reliable high-speed internet

    • Must maintain client confidentiality (HIPAA-sensitive environment)
