Part-Time Receptionist – Be the Face of McGrath Volkswagen of Dubuque

Location: Dubuque, IA
Part-Time | 20–25 Hours per Week

Requirements

• Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred

What You’ll Do

• Greet every customer with a warm and professional welcome
• Answer and route incoming calls using a multi-line phone system
• Direct guests to the appropriate department or team member
• Assist with filing and light administrative duties
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
• Support dealership operations and provide exceptional customer service

Schedule & Availability

• Approximately 20–30 hours per week
• Mondays and Thursdays between 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM
• Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Additional weekday hours may be available based on business needs and coverage requirements
