Job description

  • Overseeing all fiscal and fiduciary responsibilities for the organization
  • Analyzing company's financial results and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budget planning as well as the preparation of all financial reporting.
  • Ensuring that all of the company's financial practices are in line with statutory regulations and legislation.
  • Analyzing financial information to assist in business development and make recommendations on cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and profit maximization.
  • Overseeing the preparation of all financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, shareholder reports, tax returns, and governmental agency reports.
  • Coordinating with internal and external auditors to ensure successful audit results and compliance.
  • Investigating variances in financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Controlling and evaluating the organization's fundraising plans and capital structure.
  • Developing and implementing strategies for financial planning and cost analysis.
  • Implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying, and reporting financial information and managing staff members in these tasks as necessary.
