Legend DDD Services is growing - and we're looking for dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our mission-driven team.
What You'll Do
As a DSP, you will support children and adults with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities. Your role may include:
  • Assisting with daily living skills
  • Supporting community outings, activities, and appointments
  • Providing habilitation, respite, or attendant care
  • Encouraging independence, communication, and personal growth
  • Ensuring safety, dignity, and respect at all times
  • Documenting services accurately and on time

Driving is now a required part of this position, and schedules may be adjusted to support transportation needs.

  • Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain)

Requirements
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must pass background checks (Central Registry, Fingerprint, etc.)
  • Must be able to transport members safely
  • Must be able to lift, assist, and support members as needed
Schedule
  • Full-time, part-time, and flexible shifts available
  • Weekday, weekend, and evening opportunities
  • Schedules may vary based on member needs and transportation requirements
Pay
Competitive hourly rates based on experience and program assignment. Discussed during interview

Requirements
To ensure the safety and support of the members we serve, all DSP contractors must meet the following minimum requirements:
  • Valid Driver's License - Must be able and willing to drive and transport members as part of job duties
  • Valid Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card - Required prior to providing services
  • 21 Years of Age or Older - Required for transportation and safety compliance
