Direct Counsel is seeking a Litigation Associate with 1–6 years of experience to join a premier litigation practice handling sophisticated and high-stakes disputes. Responsibilities
  • Support all phases of complex commercial litigation matters
  • Draft motions, briefs, memoranda, and other substantive legal filings

  • Assist with trial strategy, hearing preparation, and case management
  • Collaborate closely with partners and senior attorneys on high-profile matters
