IPARRT (Innovative Partnership for Advancing Rehabilitation Research and Training) is a research team within WCER and the School of Education. The research team holds a portfolio of grants and contracts that focus on individuals with disabilities, competitive employment, and quality of life. Researchers on IPARRT will assist investigators in the evaluation of the various projects. The candidate will work with the IPARRT research team to develop proposal for external funding opportunities, develop programming to implement funded projects, create evaluation plans and corresponding methodology, and support program evaluation activities. The researcher will attend project meetings and complete other duties, as assigned, in support of implementation of project objectives and project evaluation.
This position will begin at 100% FTE. The Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) assignment may fluctuate between 60% and 100% based on programmatic needs, budget considerations, and available funding, and may be adjusted during the appointment as those needs change.
Key Job Responsibilities:Attends project meetings and completes other duties as assigned, in support of the project evaluation
Develops data collection protocols to obtain data to achieve the evaluation plan
Attends meetings with project stakeholders to identify project evaluation strategies
Develops and submits grant applications to obtain external funding
Conducts data analyses on project data based on the evaluation plan and submit written reports on data analyses

Compensation:Minimum: $72,000
Commensurate with qualifications and experience. Required Qualifications:Experience managing externally-funded research and demonstration projects
Experience obtaining external funding for research
Familiar with Competitive Integrated Employment, in the context of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA)
Experience developing research protocols, ensuring human subjects protections, and data protection.
Experience with statistical and data management programs and knowledge of qualitative and/or quantitative data analysis.
Experience with employer engagement and demand-side strategies.
Experience with program evaluation in the state Vocational Rehabilitation program.
Experience with research involving individuals with criminal legal system involvement
Ph.D. in educational psychology, rehabilitation psychology, rehabilitation counselor education, or related field (Required)
