Summary

Provide general back-office functions commonly found in a legal setting including typing, emails, data entry, database and web-based navigation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Enter data using current technology and proprietary software.
  • Prepare and sort documents for data entry.
  • Create and maintain logs for tracking purposes.
  • Review and enter data updates in the systems.
  • Review discrepancies in data received.
  • Provide effective communication daily with clients, vendors and co-workers in a professional, courteous manner in person, telephonically or via email.
  • Performs clerical duties as required - printing and scanning documents, proofing documents, etc.
  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller.
  • Serve as back up in a team member’s absence and assist other teams when required.
  • Punctual and regular attendance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain strong organizational skills
  • Knowledge of Rules of Civil Procedure for supported states
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications preferred
