Wait Staff Responsibilities

Handle all aspects of guest service, from food orders to beer and wine preparation.

Assist with every facet of restaurant front of the house procedures to ensure an outstanding guest experience

Welcome guests warmly by smiling and making eye contact as they enter the restaurant

Communicate with other servers and managers regarding availability of tables, seating of large parties, and special requests.

Constantly move throughout the kitchen and restaurant

Constantly monitor and maintain food standards for recipe production, appearance, correctness, quality, and safety

Assist with bussing and resetting tables according to restaurant's standards

Assist as bar-back when needed

Operate a variety of kitchen equipment and tools
