SideQuest Server Assistant
We're looking for enthusiastic Server Assistants to join the team at SideQuest, our exciting new dining concept! If you're passionate about hospitality and want to be part of a fun, energetic, and growing team, we'd love to meet you.
As a Server Assistant at SideQuest, you'll play a key role in creating an exceptional guest experience by supporting the entire team. Success in this role comes from a commitment to teamwork, attention to detail, and living our Core Values every day:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Assist with restaurant front of the house procedures to ensure an outstanding guest experience
Welcome guests warmly by smiling and making eye contact as they enter the restaurant
Communicate with servers and managers regarding special requests
Constantly move throughout the kitchen and restaurant
Execute bussing and resetting tables according to restaurant's standards
Polish glassware and dishware
Operate a variety of kitchen equipment and tools
Handle guest concerns by listening and informing a server and/or manager
Support team members including leadership
Execute effective communication skills
Exude positive attitude under stress
Contribute to a fun and professional work environment
Ability to execute follow-through
Requirements:
LOVE for the restaurant industry
Ability to follow detailed directions
Ability to follow standard restaurant procedures
Ability to prepare food according to specifications
Ability to maintain standards in food and beverage quality
Ability to safely utilize a variety of kitchen tools and machinery
Ability to handle cash, credit, and gift card transactions with accuracy
Ability to serve all guests to high standards in a fast-paced environment
Ability to be highly organized
Ability to clean and maintain a safe work environment
