Baystate Dental is looking for a Dental Practice Manager in Westfield, Massachusetts, to assist our clinical team by providing a high level of patient care and satisfaction while operating in a team-based environment.

Position Overview:As a Dental Practice Manager you will oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless employee and patient relations while driving operational efficiency. The role is responsible for managing office profit and loss, including scheduling, staff productivity, collections, receivables, and expense management. Additionally, you will support business growth through sales, marketing, and promotional initiatives. The ideal candidate will lead office personnel, streamline workflows, and oversees essential administrative functions such as financial reporting, payroll, and banking to maintain a well-organized and high-performing practice.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain office inventory by overseeing supplies, equipment, and facility cleanliness for an organized and professional environment.

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of management experience within dental setting.
  • Experience working in a dental or medical office is required.
  • Experience in insurance processes and billing is a must.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills to work independently in fast paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and practice management software.
  • Strong attention to detail, compliance, and confidentiality in handling patient records and office operations.
