Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an Associate Project Coordinator in Juno Beach, FL. This role will focus on hands-on use of Luminance, supporting legal workflows, and acting as a day-to-day point of contact for CLM-related questions and activities. Prior experience using Luminance CLM is preferred. Administrative and system configuration responsibilities can be trained.
Key Responsibilities:
* Associate Project Coordinator will serve as a primary user and functional subject matter resource for the Luminance CLM platform
* Support legal teams with contract intake, review workflows, and CLM-related processes
* Assist with onboarding and training users on Luminance through group sessions and one-on-one support (virtual and in-person)
* Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors to support CLM usage and enhancements
* As an Associate Project Coordinator, you will help document CLM processes, workflows, and best practices
* Support ongoing optimization and potential future deployment phases of the CLM platform
* Perform other related duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
* High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
* 1+ years of experience as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant, or Project/Operations Coordinator in a legal or contract-focused environment
* Experience working with legal teams, contracts, or legal workflows
* Comfortable learning and using new legal technology platforms
* Strong communication skills and willingness to support and train others
* Legal technology aptitude
* Attention to detail
* Adaptability and willingness to learn
* Process-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
* Prior experience using a CLM platform; Luminance CLM experience strongly preferred
* Contract management or contract review experience
* Experience supporting legal technology implementations or pilots
* Strong organizational and coordination skills
* Tech-savvy with an interest in legal operations and process improvement
* Experience working cross-functionally with IT, Legal Ops, or vendors
Special Considerations:
* Luminance administrative or configuration experience is not required and can be provided through training
* This role will involve both operational support and user-facing training
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
