Your Opportunity, Your Team
The Operations Business Analyst, reporting to the Manager of Operations Business Analysis, analyzes complex data and situations to provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership. You will collaborate with senior internal and external partners, distills complex information for multiple audiences, and identify opportunities for operational improvement. The analyst manages essential reports and processes, leveraging business acumen to drive results and support the organization's operational and financial goals.
Where You'll Work
This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at QVC-West Chester, PA several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company). We consider job seekers for this role only if they reside in Pennsylvania. We do not offer relocation assistance for this role.
What You'll Do
Data - Driven Insights / Process Improvement: Analyze operational data, identify process gaps, and recommend solutions that improve efficiency.
Forecasting/Predictive Analytics: Develop reports and performance metrics that support operational decision-making across the business.
Descriptive Analytics: Build dashboards and data visualizations to deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
Strategic Planning: Lead and support initiatives focused on network optimization, automation and continuous improvement.
What You'll Bring
  • 3+ years' experience in transportation, logistics, or operations analytics (retail/e-commerce sector a plus).
  • 1+ years of Advanced Excel and moderate to advanced SQL skills.
  • Communicate analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences, influencing operational decision-making through clear insights.
  • Bachelor's or University Degree, or equivalent work experience
