Job description

Skill: Salesforce Production Support Engineer
  • 3+ years of experience within Software development, Integration using Apex, Flows, Force.com, Asynchronous process, LWC, Aura, Data migration, CRMA, AI, CPQ, nCino etc.
  • Experience in banking and Financial services including in-depth knowledge of loan Lifecyle, Sales and Marketing functional knowledge.
  • Good knowledge of Salesforce products and services, including Sales Cloud, Financial & Marketing Cloud, Partner Communities, Service Cloud.
  • Expertise in various technical areas such as data modeling, integration, security and customization - should be able to review codes and suggest best practices of implementations.
  • Understands user and process requirements and ensures those requirements can be achieved through high-quality deliverables.
  • Demonstrate effective, strong and clear communication/collaboration with LOBs, Stakeholders and Customers on daily basis.
  • Understands business requirements and provides timely solutions within defined SLAs.
  • Creates system documentation/play book(s) and serves as a lead technical reviewer and contributor in requirements, design and code reviews.
  • Serves as a resource to the business and/or as a technical resource to cross-functional third party and internal team members on highly complex design/code reviews.
  • Provide production support and handle operational issues, and be willing to perform manual activities or tasks whenever required to maintain service continuity.
  • Troubleshoot complex problems and recommend solutions or practices relative to root cause analyses and identification of solutions for improving system performance and availability.
  • Experience troubleshooting performance and Governor limits related issues/exceptions(leveraging ApexGuru and Scale center), should actively participate in automations and other PI activities.
  • Typically anticipates opportunities and proactively and consistently champions innovative solutions cross-functionally and across the Enterprise.
  • Work cooperatively with team members in global offices, across various time zones to meet deadlines.
  • Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure smooth delivery and issues resolutions.
  • Facilitate and actively participate in meetings with representatives from business and/or IT units..
  • Take accountability for quality of deliverables, provide status on development effort, and deliver on time and as per specifications.

Salary Range - $100,000-$110,000 a year
