Compensation:

$22 - $25 hourly


Responsibilities:
  • Work with new client/matter files using core systems and processes, which currently include Decision Vault, Lawmatics, SharePoint, Clio Manage, and paper forms
  • Witness document signings and notarize documents 
  • Close client files using a templated process
  • Greet/check in and announce all clients/visitors
  • Receive client documents delivered to the firm
  • Take payments from clients
  • Assist with a variety of administrative tasks, including copying, faxing, and scanning
  • Ensure the lobby is clean and business cards/marketing materials are stocked
  • Clean and stock the conference room


Additional Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls
  • Follow screening protocols
  • Forward intake calls from new or potential clients to the intake personnel
  • Take messages as necessary and create tasks assigned to the proper party
  • Assists with call-in seminar registrations
  • Support intake personnel as necessary
  • Other duties in and outside the Intake Department as apparent or assigned to ensure the office runs smoothly
