GOAT USA is seeking a motivated Legal Intern for Fall 2026 to gain hands-on experience supporting the legal needs of a growing apparel and lifestyle brand. Working directly with the General Counsel, the Legal Intern will gain exposure to a variety of legal matters, including agreements, legal research, company policies, and compliance initiatives. This internship offers law students the opportunity to apply their legal education in a fast-paced business environment while developing practical skills in contract drafting, research, and corporate legal operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, eager to learn, and interested in gaining meaningful in-house legal experience while contributing to the day-to-day operations of GOAT USA’s legal department.


Job Title

Legal Intern (Fall 2026)


Job Purpose

The Legal Intern will play a vital role in supporting the General Counsel by providing comprehensive legal assistance across various aspects of the company’s operations. This role is designed to enhance the efficiency of the legal department by managing initial drafting, reviewing, and editing of a wide array of agreements, which are critical to the company’s business activities. The Legal Associate will also assist in legal research, ensuring that the company’s policies remain up-to-date and in compliance with current laws and regulations. Additionally, the role involves creating and maintaining essential legal templates, contributing to the development of training materials, and supporting the implementation of compliance processes.


Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, edit a broad range of agreements, including wholesale agreements, vendor agreements, services agreements, influencer agreements, and leases.
  • Assist with legal research and the updating of company policies.
  • Create and maintain agreement templates.
  • Build training decks and assist with the creation and maintenance of compliance processes.
  • File contracts, agreements, etc. into GOAT USA internal file system (NetSuite).
