Job description

We are seeking a Legal Assistant to become a part of our team! You will provide overall support to attorneys' business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist attorney with case files and management.
  • Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents
  • Communicate with clients and update clients of case status
  • Record and store client information

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a paralegal, legal secretary or other legal field (Preferred)
  • Familiarity with research
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Bilingual is a plus (English and Spanish)
