CornerStone Staffing is recruiting for a candidate with excellent negotiating skills for a well known Personal Injury Law Firm in the Addison area.

Job Title Personal Injury Case Manager (Negotiation Focus)

Location Addison, TX | Onsite


Compensation & Schedule

• $31.25-33.65/hr BOE

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM


ROLE IMPACT

The Personal Injury Case Manager plays a critical role in driving case outcomes by managing pre-litigation files and actively negotiating bodily injury claims. This position directly impacts client satisfaction and financial recovery by ensuring timely, strategic, and well-documented settlements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage a caseload of personal injury files from intake through settlement

• Lead negotiation of bodily injury claims with insurance carriers to drive favorable outcomes

• Evaluate medical records, damages, and liability to support settlement strategy

• Draft and review demand packages and supporting documentation

• Communicate with clients, providers, and insurance adjusters throughout the case lifecycle

• Review and process liens, settlement statements, and case-related documentation

• Maintain accurate case notes and ensure deadlines and compliance standards are met

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of experience handling and negotiating bodily injury claims/settlements

• Must have hands-on negotiation experience within a personal injury law firm

• Experience working with Texas claims required

• Strong understanding of pre-litigation case management and settlement processes

• Ability to manage multiple cases while maintaining strong attention to detail

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Preferred Backgrounds

• Personal Injury Case Manager (Pre-Litigation or Litigation)

• Settlement Coordinator or Demand Writer with negotiation experience

• Paralegal with direct involvement in settlement negotiations

*$100 Sign on bonus will be paid after completion of 2 weeks on assignment
