  • Maintain research and regulatory reference materials for the legal team
  • Track and flag relevant industry news and legal or regulatory updates

What We're Looking For
  • Currently enrolled in a U.S. accredited law school, Class of 2028 or 2029, with a strong academic record
  • Law review, journal, or moot court experience is a plus
  • Strong oral and written communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in MS Office

Nice to Have
  • Strong performance in Contracts and Legal Writing
  • Familiarity with securities, commodities, or financial services regulation
  • Prior internship or clinic experience in a legal or financial services setting

Pay Range
$30-$35/hr., depending on experience, skills, and qualifications relative to role requirements. This position is classified as non-exempt and is eligible for overtime pay in accordance with the Fair Labor Standards Act and Illinois state wage and hour law.
