Executive Assistant

Location: Flower Mound, TX (On-site, 5 days/week) Position Type: Full-Time, In-Office Client: JWL International

Overview

JWL International, a respected legal practice serving high-level corporate and transactional clients, is seeking a polished, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support senior leadership out of our Flower Mound, TX office.

We are looking for a world-class professional who is committed to working on-site five days a week and delivering exceptional administrative and personal support in a confidential, fast-paced environment.

Compensation: $50,000 โ€“ $75,000 base salary (commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and prioritize schedules for senior executives
  • Serve as a primary liaison between leadership and internal/external stakeholders
  • Draft, proofread, and manage business and personal correspondence with professionalism and accuracy
  • Handle highly confidential documents and sensitive information with absolute discretion
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including logistics, accommodations, and reimbursements
  • Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) for legal, financial, and personal matters
  • Support event coordination, client functions, and personal errands as needed
  • Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve administrative or operational issues
  • Oversee general office organization, supply management, vendor coordination, and billing support
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant, preferably within legal, consulting, or professional services
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Professional written and verbal communication; able to represent leadership with polish and discretion
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and ability to adapt to new technologies quickly
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive under pressure
  • Must be based in or near the Flower Mound, TX or the greater Dallas-Fort Worth metro area
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (occasional local errands required)
